What is OD Life?

A screen-free band with your okDoc assistant inside. One button wakes your assistant: press and hold to talk, let go to send. A built-in speaker answers right from your wrist. There is no screen.

What does the $10 deposit get me?

Your place in line and the reserved price. Reservation holders are invited to order before anyone else. Your $10 is credited toward OD Life when you complete your order.

Can I get my deposit back?

Yes, all of it, at any time until you complete your order. Email support@okdoc.ai with your reservation number and we refund the full $10 within 7 business days. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Am I buying it today?

No. A reservation is not a purchase and does not commit you to buy. When OD Life is ready to ship, we email you to complete your order. If you decide not to, we refund your deposit.

How much will OD Life cost?

Your reserved price is $199, against $249 after launch. Your deposit is credited, so $189 is left to pay when you order. Taxes and shipping, if any, are shown before you complete your order.

Do I need a phone?

Yes. Pairs over Bluetooth with the okDoc app on iPhone and Android. Your requests are handled by your okDoc assistant through the app.

Where do you ship?

We plan to ship to the United States first. You can reserve from anywhere; before you are asked to pay anything more, we tell you whether we can ship to you, and refund your deposit if we cannot.

Is my payment secure?

Payment happens on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number. The charge appears on your statement as a deposit from okDoc.

Can I reserve more than one?

Yes. Each reservation holds one band, so reserve again for each additional one. Each has its own reservation number and its own refundable deposit.
