Reservation Terms

These terms apply when you reserve OD Life on band.okdoc.ai. They are an agreement between you and okDoc.ai ("okDoc", "we"), 1412 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94102, USA. Terms version 2026-10-01.

The short version

• You pay a $10 deposit today to reserve OD Life. It is not a purchase.
• It is fully refundable until you complete your order: ask us and we refund all $10 within 7 business days.
• Your deposit is credited toward OD Life, and your reserved price is $199 ($249 after launch), so $189 is left to pay when you order.
• Reserving does not commit you to buy. When OD Life is ready to ship, we email you to complete your order; if you decide not to, we refund your deposit. If we never ship it, every deposit is refunded in full.
• Shipping is estimated for early 2027. That is an estimate, not a promise: if it moves, we email you the new estimate and you can take a full refund instead of waiting.

1. What a reservation is

A reservation holds your place in line to buy one OD Life and the price described below. It is not a purchase: no product is sold to you when you reserve, and you are under no obligation to buy. OD Life is in development, and its features, specifications and appearance may change before it ships.

2. The deposit

You pay a deposit of $10 (US dollars) when you reserve. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Each reservation is for one OD Life; reserve again for each additional unit. You must be 18 or older to reserve.

3. Refunds

Your deposit is fully refundable at any time until you complete your order. To ask for a refund, email support@okdoc.ai with your reservation number (it is in your confirmation email). We send the full $10 back to the card you paid with within 7 business days of your request, and tell you when we have. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.

We also refund your deposit in full, without your asking, if:

• we decide not to make or not to ship OD Life;
• we cannot ship to the address you give us when you order;
• you choose not to complete your order when we invite you to, or the invitation period ends.

4. Price

Your reserved price for one OD Life is $199 (we plan to sell it for $249 after launch). Your deposit is credited toward it, so $189 is left to pay when you order. Taxes and any shipping cost are shown before you complete your order.

5. Timing

We estimate that OD Life will ship in early 2027. This is an estimate based on our current plans with our manufacturer, not a promise. If it changes, we email you the new estimate, and you can ask for a full refund instead of waiting.

6. Completing your order

When OD Life is ready to ship, we email you, in the order reservations were made, with the final price, specifications and expected shipping date, and a link to complete your order. You will have at least 14 days to decide. If the final product differs materially from what we described when you reserved, you can take a full refund instead.

7. Updates

We email you about your reservation: the confirmation, progress updates, changes to the estimate, and the invitation to order. These are part of your reservation, not marketing.

8. Changing or transferring a reservation

A reservation belongs to the email address used to make it. To change that address, write to us. Reservations cannot be sold or transferred to someone else without our agreement.

9. If we cancel a reservation

We may cancel a reservation, for example one that looks fraudulent or was made in error, by refunding the deposit in full and telling you.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for a reservation is the amount of your deposit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future reservations. A reservation you have already made stays under the version you agreed to, unless a change is better for you.
