Privacy Notice
Last updated 2026-10-01
This notice covers band.okdoc.ai, the site where you can reserve OD Life. It is run by okDoc.ai, 1412 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94102, USA. The okDoc app has its own privacy policy at okdoc.ai.
What we collect
- When you reserve: your email address, your reservation number and status, the deposit and price that applied, the terms you agreed to and when, and identifiers from Stripe for your payment and customer record.
- From Stripe, about the payment: whether it succeeded, the amount, and the name and billing postal code and country you entered. We do not receive your full card number.
- How you found us: campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), the site that referred you, the first page you landed on and which reserve button you used. Your browser's own storage remembers how you first found us, and the ad click identifier, for up to 90 days, so a reservation made on a later visit can still be credited to the right ad.
- Your visit: a random id kept for one browser tab, and which steps of the reservation you reached. No cookies of ours are used for this.
- For advertising measurement (unless you opt out, below): Meta's pixel sets its own cookies (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from an ad). When you reserve, we keep those values, your IP address and your browser's user agent with your reservation until we have reported the reservation to Meta, then delete them.
We do not collect health information on this site, and nothing about your body or activity is sent anywhere from it.
Why we use it
- To take and refund your deposit, confirm your reservation and keep you updated about it.
- To understand which of our ads and pages lead to reservations, so we spend on the ones that work.
- To protect the site from bots and card fraud.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes payments and refunds.
- Supabase hosts our database and the code that handles reservations.
- Microsoft Azure hosts this website.
- Notifuse and Brevo send our emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a reservation comes from a person, not a bot.
- Meta Platforms receives reports from this site, through its pixel and from our server, that you viewed a page, started a reservation or completed one, with the cookie values, IP address, user agent and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address, name, postal code and country, so that Meta can tell us which ads led to reservations and show our ads to similar people. Under California law this can count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can stop it, below.
We do not sell your information for money.
Your choices
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of sharing: Meta's pixel is not loaded, and a reservation you make is never reported to Meta.
- Opt out on this browser with the button below. It stops Meta's pixel and our own visit counting here.
- Access, correction or deletion. Email privacy@okdoc.ai. We keep what the law requires us to keep about payments, and delete or anonymise the rest.
Measurement and advertising sharing are on for this browser.
How long we keep it
- Reservation and payment records: while your reservation is active, then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Advertising matching data (IP address, user agent, Meta cookie values): until the reservation has been reported to Meta, or the checkout expires, whichever comes first.
- Visit and funnel records: up to 13 months.
Children
This site is not for children. You must be 18 or older to reserve.
